You are advised to first run Diagnostics and then Report Problem if you cannot solve the problem by yourself. Note that the event that you experienced problems with has to be selected (clicked) when you Report Problem.

The report will be compressed to a zip-file that is downloaded to your device. You will find it in the Downloads folder, unless you use Windows special download alternatives.
