The poor feeding message indicates that the machine failed to feed the bottom card in the hopper.

Our general advice is that you should have at least four decks in the hopper when you start a duplication.

The usual reason for poor feeding messages is that you have few decks in the hopper, the roller is dirty, the card  is bent or damaged, but it can also be that the two first card counters need to be cleaned. c.f. the Maintenance guide if you get the poor feeding message frequently for no apparent reason.
