The usual reason for the no card fed message is that the roller is dirty when you have only one deck in the hopper. The standard advice is to top up the hopper. You should suspect that the bottom card is bent or its edge damaged if the hopper is full.

POOR FEEDING
The poor feeding message can come up for the same reasons as the No card fed. You are given a choice between continuing and redo from scratch.
